*Ingredients:*

For the dough:

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup oil or ghee
- Water as needed

For the filling:

- 1 pound ground meat (chicken, beef, or pork) or vegetables (cabbage, carrots, onions)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

*Instructions:*

1. Make the dough: Combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Add oil or ghee and mix. Gradually add water to form a soft dough. Knead for 5-7 minutes.
2. Prepare the filling: Mix ground meat or vegetables with chopped onion, garlic, ginger paste, soy sauce (if using), salt, and pepper.
3. Assemble momos: Divide dough into small balls. Roll out each ball into a thin circle. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center. Fold and pleat the dough to seal the momo.
4. Steam momos: Place momos in a steamer lined with parchment paper. Steam for 10-15 minutes.

*Serve:* Serve momos hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
