Setting the Standard for Sporting Events at .events

The Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai recently hosted the Khelo India Youth Games 2024 opening ceremony. Delivering a next-level visual experience, a record-breaking P3.9 outdoor, waterproof LED display dominated the main stage.

This massive installation, designed by sir, spanned an impressive 1010sqm, featuring a centre screen measuring 40M x 10M (131ft x 32ft) , PM Stage Screens and other in-Gallery Imag screens. Our team ensured seamless setup, patching, and handover of the AV-LED display within a tight 18-hour window, overcoming challenges from the Pongal holidays.

We're proud to have contributed to this spectacular event and helped elevate the AV Solutions for the Khelo India Youth Games!

This massive structure boasts over 1318 sqm of
☔ P3.9 Outdoor LED screens, hovering majestically over Guwahati's Barsapara Cricket Stadium!

Imagine the incredible visuals! Here's the mind-blowing part:

•15 trucks traveled a whopping 3800 km in 6 days to bring this stage to life, all the way from Kerala to Guwahati.

•Reaching a staggering height of 60 ft and stretching over 400 ft wide, it's like a 6-story building dedicated to music! ️

•68 skilled technicians worked tirelessly for 77 hours to complete the LED installation.

• The setup had 16nos 4K Prime processors, 4 CVT4K OFC receiver. Kilometers of cables laid for Data connectivity, Power and OFC connectivity.

and many more artists performing at the massive stage. Building screen of such a big scale required immense safety precautions and infrastructure planning. Run through 6 - 6 4K prime processors for a stable durable connectivity to the screens.

We provided 3.9 ☔Outdoor Waterproof LED Display of 760SQM.
90 x 30ft Wide Anamorphic Screen 30ft high from ground and accompanied by 60 x 30ft x 3 screens

37 Technicians worked for 2 shifts to complete this massive setup on the upper tier gallery.
