Butter chicken-Recipe ⬇️
INGREDIENTS
* Chicken leg boneless-500gms
* Whole garam masala
* Tomatoes 🍅 -6 nos (small)
* Cashew nut - 15-20 nos
* Cream -10 ml
* Butter 🧈 -10 gms
* Mustard oil -5ml
* Chopped Onions 🧅 -1 nos
* Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
* Garam masala-1/2 tsp
* Kasuri methi-little
* Coriander leaves chopped-for garnish
FOR CHICKEN MARINATION
* Salt-1/2 tsp
* Black salt-1/2 tsp
* Jeera powder -1/2 tsp
* Garam masala-1/4 tsp
* Chaat masala-1 tsp
* Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
* Kashmiri chilli powder -2 tbsp
* Curd-2-3 tbsp
* Mustard oil-1 tsp
METHOD
* Boil the tomatoes 🍅 along with cashews and chilli in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle allow it to cool down then make a fine puree
* Marinate the chicken leg with the above mentioned ingredients and give little smoke for the flavour
* In a pan heat mustard oil and cook the chicken leg both sides and keep it aside
* Now in a pan heat oil add garam masala add chopped onions once its browned add ginger garlic paste once raw flavour is gone add the puréed tomatoes season it with salt and cook for 15-20 minutes minutes
* Then add the cooked chicken and keep in simmer for 10 -15 minutes minutes
* Finish it with butter/cream/garam masala and kasuri methi
* And chicken butter masala is ready
