Paneer Chingari Recipe

🔶Ingredients:
250 grams paneer
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 + 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon kitchen king masala
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder
1 teaspoon butter
1 + 1 teaspoon oil
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves
2-3 dried red chilies and sesame seeds

🔶Preparation Method:
Grind some pieces of paneer with milk to make a paste. In a pan, heat one teaspoon of oil and add cumin seeds. Add chopped onions, kasuri methi, and chopped coriander leaves. Mash and sauté until fragrant.

Add coriander powder and turmeric powder, then sauté further. Add the paneer paste and cook, stirring well. Add salt and kitchen king masala, mixing thoroughly.

Cut the remaining paneer into slightly larger pieces. In another pan, heat one teaspoon of oil and butter. Add dried red chilies and sesame seeds, then sauté.

Add the chopped paneer pieces and cook until golden. Stir in kasuri methi and Kashmiri red chili powder, cooking for a minute. Add salt and black pepper.

Serve the gravy on a plate and place the cooked paneer pieces on top. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot as a spicy and tasty paneer chin
