Every great story has chapters, and today, we are turning the page to our most important one yet.
When we first started this space during the lockdown, we were just two people stuck indoors, singing together to pass the time. That was the birth of The Quarantine Couple. It was a fun escape, a simple pastime to get through a strange era.
But as the world finally opened up and we stepped outside, something shifted. We started traveling and completely fell in love with documenting our journeys. And along the way, those journeys evolved. We found ourselves naturally looking past the surface of standard, fun travel vlogs. We wanted to dive deeper into the roots of a destination.
Somewhere along the road, this channel stopped being just a fun pastime. It became who we are. It became the endless nights spent editing, the deep conversations trying to weave the perfect story, and the quiet moments waiting hours just to capture that one perfect cinematic shot.
Our stories have simply grown beyond our old name, and as we evolve, we want to keep things completely authentic and real. We feel it is finally the right time to just be who we are.
So, from today, The Quarantine Couple is simply Nilay & Nivriti.
It is us—more up-close, personal, and real than ever before. The heart of TQC will always remain, but we are stepping into a new era of deeper, more meaningful content.
