He is Fellow of The Institution of Engineers .He had completed his PhD from Jadavpur University on Design optimization of Electrical Machines, and Post doctorate from University Claude Bernard Lyon1(France) on “Design optimization & Performance Analysis of Induction Machines through Global search” with an International Scholarship from European Union.
