Your mind is like an operating system.

Sometimes it needs an anti-virus program.

All that daily intensive usage, various situations, negative news, and people you associate yourself with either speed up or slow down your operating system.

And you've got to clean your mental cache every day.

Else your RAM will get clogged and it will slow you down.

That's why meditation and spirituality help.

It clears the cache.

It's like an anti-virus program that makes your OS pristine and clean.

Just like how you have a bath every day, you need to clean your mental cache every day.

Then you become a super productive and optimal human begin that's capable of utilizing your human form of life to serve the higher purpose of this planet.

Association Matters .....

It reminded me of the saying 'We become the average of the 5 people we spent the most time with.'
​
​The crabs (expire) - who will neither change nor be happy to see you change.
​
​The frogs (neutral) - they don’t want to change but they are happy to watch your progress - nice to have as cheerleaders.
​
​The lobsters (inspire) - they inspire change - they mentor and motivate you and together you live a better life just because you are in each other’s life.
​
Make a list of all the people you hang out with and put a C in front of all crabs, this will be the 'need to drop' list,

Put a F in front of the frogs - 'limited exposure list' - have fun with them over weekends or weekly phone calls,

Put a big L in front of the lobsters - schedule time in your busy calendar to be with such energies, their presence in your life will automatically improve your life. Start to observe how they think, feel and act and watch your life transform!
