“আমাদের সংসারটা ভেঙে যাচ্ছিল… আরাফাহ'র দিনটাই বদলে দিল সব”🔥

এক বোন বললেন —“বিয়ের কিছুদিন পর থেকেই ভুল বোঝাবুঝি, ঝগড়া, দূরত্ব…

পায়ের তলায় তেল লাগানোর উপকারিতা

১। একজন মহিলার নানার ৮৭ বছর বয়সে মৃত্যু হয়েছে, কিন্তু তার পিঠ বাঁকা হয়নি, গাঁটে ব্যথা হয়নি, মাথা ব্যথা বা দাঁতের সমস্যা হয়নি। তিনি বলেছিলেন, "কলকাতায় রেললাইনের কাজ করার সময় একজন বুদ্ধিমান ব্যক্তি আমাকে শিখিয়েছিলেন যে, ঘুমানোর আগে পায়ের তলায় তেল লাগালে শারীরিক সুস্থতা বজায় থাকে।"

২। একজন ছাত্র জানিয়েছে, তার মায়ের পরামর্শে সে তেল লাগানোর অভ্যাস করেছিল। তার মায়ের দৃষ্টিশক্তি একসময় কমে গিয়েছিল, কিন্তু তেল লাগানোর মাধ্যমে ধীরে ধীরে তা স্বাভাবিক হয়ে যায়।

৩। এক ব্যবসায়ী চিত্রালে একবার ঘুমাতে না পারায় এক বৃদ্ধ রাত্রিকালীন প্রহরী তাকে পায়ের তলায় তেল লাগানোর পরামর্শ দেন। ফলস্বরূপ, তিনি গভীর ঘুমে ঢলে পড়েন।

৪। ঘুমানোর আগে পায়ের তলায় তেল লাগালে ক্লান্তি দূর হয় এবং গভীর ঘুম আসে।

৫। আমার পেটের সমস্যাও পায়ের তলায় তেল লাগানোর মাধ্যমে দুই দিনের মধ্যে সেরে গেছে।

৬। তেল লাগানোর এই অভ্যাসে সত্যিই জাদুর মতো কাজ করে!

৭। আমি ১৫ বছর ধরে এটি করছি। আমার সন্তানদেরও পায়ের তলায় তেল লাগাই, এতে তারা সুস্থ থাকে।

৮। পায়ে ব্যথা ছিল, তেল লাগিয়ে ব্যথা দূর হয়েছে।

৯। পায়ের ফোলাভাবও মাত্র দুই দিনে কমে গেছে।

১০। এটি ঘুমের ওষুধের থেকে ভালো কাজ করে।

১১। একজন থাইরয়েড রোগী তেল লাগানোর অভ্যাসে ধীরে ধীরে সুস্থতা লাভ করেছেন।

১২। বয়স ৯০-এর এক হাকিম আমাকে বাওয়াসিরের চিকিৎসায় তেল লাগানোর পরামর্শ দিয়েছিলেন। এটি শুধু বাওয়াসিরই নয়, কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য এবং শরীরের ক্লান্তিও দূর করেছে।

পদ্ধতি
রাতে ঘুমানোর আগে সরিষার তেল, জলপাই তেল বা যে কোনো তেল পায়ের তলায় ২-৩ মিনিট ধরে ভালোভাবে মালিশ করুন। শিশুদেরও এই অভ্যাস গড়ে তুলুন।

প্রাচীন চীনা চিকিৎসা মতে, পায়ের নিচে প্রায় ১০০টি এক্যুপ্রেশার পয়েন্ট রয়েছে, যেগুলো মালিশের মাধ্যমে শরীরকে সুস্থ রাখে।
