Hello everyone bored with same old English snacks let's try something desi daal snack which is super delicious yet prepare with simple ingredients easily available at home.

Ingredients:
1 cup Chana daal or urad daal
1 finely chopped onion
2 to 3 green chillies chopped
Some fresh curry leaves Finley sliced
Some fresh coriander leaves chopped
1 tps coriander powder
1 tps cumin powder
1 tps red chille powder
1/2 tps asafoetida (hing)
1 tps chopped garlic
1/2 tps cumin seeds
1/2 carom seeds
Oil for frying

Method :
1.Clean and rinse and soak the daal for 1 hour .
2.Later Blend without water nicely make sure the batter to be thick not running consistency.
3.Tranfer into a bowl then add chopped onion,garlic,green chillies,curry leaves,fresh coriander, red chillie powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, hing,cumin seeds,carom seeds mix all the ingredients properly.
4.Now take a pan pour the vegetable oil let it come temperature in a medium to low flame.
5.Now take portion of the batter make a shape and put in heated oil to fry .
6.Fry in low flame so it doesn't get burn fry until golden brown colour.

Hello everyone how about a smashed potatoes with a lip smacking dressing on top to keep you going whole week anyone can try this recipe with some easily available ingredients at home.

Ingredients :
10 potatoes medium size
4 amul cube processed Cheese
2 tbs olive oil
1 tps chillie flakes
1 tps black pepper powder
Handfull of chopped coriander /or basil
1 tbs Chopped garlic

Method :
1.Boil the potatoes with 2 to 3 whistle once it's cooked nicely don't peel of the skin keep aside.
2.Take a bowl add olive oil,garlic chopped,shreded cheese ,chopped coriander leaves,chillie flakes,salt to taste and pepper mix everything well.
3.Now take a baking tray and place the potatoes and with the help of a glass press the potatoes like its smashed (don't smash it to much).
4.Now top it with the dressing and bake for 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes (Note if your convection varies from model to model then bake it 280 degrees) once it's ready serve with mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.

Hello everyone Gluten-free lentil dosa spiced with green chillie and ginger,stuffed with a scrumptious potatoe filling with some simple ingredients easily available at home.

Ingredients :
1 cup split red lentil (masoor dal)
2 to 3 green chillies
1 inch ginger
1/2 cup water for grinding
1 tbs coriander leaves chopped
Salt to tatste
3 to 4 potatoes
1 tps black Mustard seeds
1 tps cumin seeds
1 dried red chillie
1 tps garlic paste
2 green chillies chopped
1 big onion chopped
1/2 tps turmeric powder
1/2 tps garam masala
1/2 tps red chillie powder
1/2 tps cumin powder
1/2 tps coriander powder
1/2 asafoetida
Some fresh curry leaves
Oil for cooking

Method :
1.Clean and Soak the lentil (dal) for 30 minutes.
2.Now take a blender add the soaked lentil ,ginger,green chillie and water blend nicely into fine batter,later add the coriander leaves and mix properly and keep aside .
3.Take a pan add 1 tbs oil tamper with black Mustard seeds and cumin seeds roast for few seconds until crackles,then add the onion chopped saute for few seconds until translucent.
4.Boil the before the preparation with 4 whistle peel it and mashed it now transfer to the pan.
5.Now mix along add curry leaves, turmeric powder, red chillie powder, green chillies, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt to taste ,garam masala and asafoetida mix everything nicely and cook until its aromatic.
6.Once it's stars to leave the pan transfer the filling into a plate.
7.Now add some salt to taste into the dosa batter ,keep the Dosa non stick ready take a portion of batter flatten it in the pan nicely drop some oil from the side and let it cook then add the potatoe filling and fold it and cook properly prepare the dosa batch by batch and serve with coconut chutney and enjoy.

Hello everyone how would you prefer corn here I have tried to make whole corn effortlessly cheesy and chatpata and quite a tummy filling recipe with some easily available iteams at home.

Ingredients :
2 whole corns
1 tbs butter
1 tbs mozzarella cheese
1/2 red chillie powder
1/2 chaat masala
Some fresh coriander

Method :
1.Peel of the skin of the corn and boil for 5 minutes and keep aside make sure to drain the water.
2.Take a pan add butter then add the whole corn and keep roasting until its covered with butter nicely.
3.Now sprinkle red chillie powder, chaat masala ,coriander leaves cook it nicely then top it with mozzarella cheese and let it melt (the gas flame has to be slow )
4.Once it's cooked nicely and cheese melted it's ready to be served hot.

Hello everyone a quick to make healthy Smoothie, perfect as breakfast any day and anyone can make this without any hustle bustle with some easily available ingredients at home.

Ingredients :
1 avacado
3 Banana
5 to 6 strawberries
2 tbs curd (or yogurt)
2 tbs honey

Method :
1.Clean and roughly chopped the fruits.
2.Put everything inside the blender like fruits,curd,honey and give it a blend.
3.Once its ready serve .

Hello everyone how about a bowl of wholesome Indo Chinese fusion recipe create this Bread Chillie Toast with some easily available ingredients at home.

Ingredients :
4 to 6 slice bread
1 tbs butter
1 onion florets
3 to 4 slited green chillies
1/2 bell peppers
1/2 tos garlic paste
1 tps soya sauce
1 tps vinegar
1 tps chillie sauce
1 tps tomato sauce
1 tps spring onion
Salt to taste
Oil to cook

1.Cut the bread into four pieces and toast it with butter until golden brown and keep aside.
2.Now take a pan add vegetable oil let it warm in a low flame then tamper with garlic paste ( or chopped ) saute for few seconds until raw smells fades .
3.Now add onion florets,and cook in low flame for few seconds then add soya sauce,vinegar,chillie sauce,tomato sauce and saute for few seconds.
4.Then add the green chillies ,bell peppers and spring onion mix well with the sauce and cook for few seconds and then add the bread toast and mix very well cook for 10 minutes and turn of the gas and serve hot

Hello everyone it's the season to eat the best carrot around so here I tried a yummylicious korean recipe with carrots and trust me you guys will love it at and anyone can cook in less time and easily available iteams at home .

Ingredients:
1 large size carrot
4 to 6 tbs of all purpose flour
1 tps dark soya sauce
1 tps red chillie powder
1 tps sugar
1 tps peanut butter
1 tps minced garlic
Freshly chopped spring onions
2 tbs olive oil
Salt to taste
Water to boil

Method :
1.Peel and roughly cut the carrot ,take a pan and add 2 tbs water and cook in simmer,with the lid on keep adding little water so it helps the carrots to tender.
2.Once the carrot is cooked nicely transfer into cold water and keep aside.
3.Now take a bowl add the carrots and all purpose flour and little salt and knead a dough (if you want to make a paste of the carrot you can blend it ,I have kept it simple)
4.Now take each portions from the dough and make a ball and make a semi hole in-between and prepare batch by batch.
5.In a pan pour water bring to boil and add all the carrot buttons to boil for 5 minutes once it's done transfer again into a cold water.
6.lets prepare the sauce now for that take a bowl add soya sauce, garlic paste,peanut butter, red chillie powder,sugar ,spring onion and give it a nice mix and keep aside.
7.In a pan add olive oil keep it in low flame and warm it (make sure the olive oil doesn't burn) and pour in the sauce and mix well.
8.Now strain the carrot buttons from the water and mix with the sauce nicely and serve .

Hello everyone these frozen yogurt cheese bark is simply yummy and favorite treat for all ages with some simple ingredients easily available at home.

Ingredients :
500 gms Yogurt (or any hung curd you can use)
150 gms cream cheese
2 to 3 tbs honey
Some fresh and clean strawberries
Some fresh blueberries

Method :
1.Take a bowl add the yogurt ,cheese cream,and honey and wisk it properly until blends properly.
2.Clean the strawberries and cut into slice
3.Now take a baking tray spread it put and top it with strawberries and blueberries and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours .(depends on your climate )

Hello everyone who don't like a street style Chana chaat I love it as well as my my family I keep making this recipe and never get bored each time I take a bite of it and it's just gives me a sheer full tatse and it doesn't need to many items to prepare this recipe .

Ingredients :
150 gms of kabuli Chana
2 potatoes
1 small onion
2 green chillies
Handfull of chopped coriander leaves
200 gms of curd
1 small bowl pomegranate
1 tbs green coriander chutney
2 tbs aloo bhujiya
1 1/2 sugar
1/2 tos lemon juice
1 tps chaat masala
Balck Salt to taste

Method:
1.Soak and boil kabuli Chana in 4 whistle and boil potatoes separately until softens.
2.In a bowl add curd and sugar and mix well and keep aside.
3.Now in a separate bowl Add boil dised potatoes (don't mash it )along with that add sliced onion,chopped green chillies ,chopped coriander leaves, chaat masala ,black salt to taste and lemon juice mix everything gently .
4.Now let's assemble everything together so take shot glass or any fancy cups add first batch add kabuli Chana,next batch add curd mixture ,then add the aloo chaat,once again the repeat the same process and add green chutney tip with aloo bhujiya and pomegranate for garnishing. (Or you can create your own combination)

Hello everyone it's time for a cozy evening Appetizer with minimalist ingredients and yet taste amazing so here u tried this recipe eggplant recipe with some easy ingredients available at home.

Ingredients:
1 black eggplant (brinjal/baigan)
250 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tps garlic chopped
1 tbs Chopped almonds
2 to 3 green chillies chopped
Handfull of fresh coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste
Olive oil for roasting

Method :
1.Take a bowl crumble the paneer (cottage cheese ).
2.Now add the chopped garlic,green chillies ,chopped coriander, salt to taste chopped almonds,and 1 tps olive oil mix everything nicely and keep aside.
3.Now take a roasting pan clean and cut the brinjal into long slits dab the excess water with the kitchen towels pour some olive oil and roast the brinjal until changes colour.
4.Once the brinjal are nicely cooked transfer into the plate.
5.Now add the paneer mixture on top of the brinjal and roll it out,prepare it batch by batch and serve with some beverages.

Hello everyone as winter is rising so I thought of sharing some unique chat pata recipe of kurkure Chana made with chick peas and extremely appetizing anyone can make this recipe with easily available iteams at home.

Ingredients :
200 gms of chock peas
250 gms of besan
1 big chopped onion
2 to 3 chopped green chillies
1 tps ginger chopped
1 tps garlic paste
1 tps coriander leaves chopped
1/2 tps carom seeds
1 tps cumin seeds
1 tps red chillie powder
1 tps cumin powder
1 tps coriander powder
1 tps turmeric powder
1/2 tps hing
Salt to taste
1 tps lemon juice
Pinch of baking soda
1 tbs water
1 tps chaat masala
Vegetable oil for frying

Method :
1.Soak the Chick peas over night and boil next day with 3 to 4 whistle.
2.Take a bowl add the chick peas and all the masalas like ,besan,onion,green chillies,cumin powder, coriander powder, salt to taste,hing,carom seeds,cumin seeds,red chillie powder, turmeric powder, garlic paste,ginger chopp,coriander leaves, baking soda,lemon juice add some little water and mix properly.
3.Now take a deep pan and add the vegetable oil and keep in medium-low flame once it's in the temperature start adding the chick peas batch by batch and deep fry until crispy golden brown.
4.Once all the kurkure Chana is fried serve with chaat masala.

Hello everyone you must have tried pan cakes many ways but today I have curated this recipe in a different way so let's see how to make chocopie with pan cake with some simple ingredients and very easy to make.

Ingredients:
Whipping cream powder( or ready to use any one u can select ) 100 ml milk to mix the cream
250 gms flour
1 tps baking powder
1 1/2 tbs butter
3 tbs powder sugar
250 ml milk (keep your measurements according to your ingredients)
20 to 40 ml water (do not add much water )
2 Diary milk silk

Method:
1.Take the packet of weikfield whipping cream mix and add in the bowl and add 100 ml milk and mix very well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
2.Now in a separate bowl Add flour,baking powder, sugar powder, butter 1 tbs and milk mix the ingredients very well now little -little add water (make sure the batter is in semi thick consistency) keep your batter ready.
3.Now take out the whipping cream mix out if the refrigerator and whipp for 4 minutes untill fluffy low to high suction.
4.Once it's done again refrigerate for 15 minutes.
5.Now take a non stick pan grease with butter and with the help of small measure scoop or any spoon Start making small size pan cakes,make sure to cook one side well and the top side for few seconds and put the lid on while cooking keep all the pan cakes ready and let it cool for sometime.
6.Latee melt the chocolate nicely without any lumps.
7.Once everything is ready it's time to assemble everything together so first apply the whipping cream on the back portion of the pan cake (make sure you don't put cream on top part or else it won't stick with each other )cover the cakes nicely with the cream and dunk each pieces into the chocolate or coat it according to your suitability and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.

Hello everyone no matter which cornor of the world we go but we all must accept one thing that we can't stay without our desi snacks which is murmura chevda so here I tried this recipe which anyone can store for 2 to 3 months in a air tight container and anyone can make this quickly with very less ingredients.

Ingredients :
200 gms murmura (muri packet )
4 tbs ghee
50 gms kaccha badam (unroasted peanuts
50 gms roasted Chana
3 to 4 slited green chillies
Handfull of curry leaves
Salt to taste

Method :
1.In a pan heat the ghee in a low flame and add the peanuts and roast untill turns light golden brown and aromatic.
2.In the same pan add the roasted Chana just to give it a golden brown colour,then add the curry leaves repeat same and lastly green chillies.
4.Keep aside all the roasted ingredients then add more ghee and add the murmura.
5.Roast the murmura for few seconds then add the roasted ingredients and then mix well.
6.Latet add salt to taste and turmeric powder to give it a nice colour and roast until its cooked properly once it's done transfer into a air tight jar.

Hello everyone Wishing all my Viewers Happy New Year 😊 with that let's head for my very first video of the year. As you all know I don't complicate my recipes and always try to simplify my videos for the viewers. Here I have tried potato cheese poppers with some simple ingredients easily available at home.

Ingredients :
2 Potato
1/2 tps red chillie powder
1/2 tps cumin powder
1/2 coriander powder
1/2 Himalayan salt (whichever is available for you )
1/2 carom seeds (ajwain)
3 tbs besan
1 tps baking powder
1 chopped green chillie
Freshly chopped coriander leaves
Handfull of mozzarella cheese
Oil for greasing
Water for batter 1 to 2 tbs

Method :
1.Clean and boil the potatoes nicely later peel of the skin and keep aside.
2.Take a bowl add the potatoes,red chillie powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black salt,green chillies and coriander leaves mix them throughly.
3.Now add besan and baking powder and water and keep the consistency very thick not running like water.
4.Now take idli non stick pan grease them with oil nicely and take little portion of the mixture and let ot cook for few seconds.
5.Then add mozzarella cheese and top it mixture and seal it.
6.Keep greasing oil and Cook it nicely from all the side with the help of sharp knife turn them gently and cook until golden brown and crispy.

Hello everyone as we all are headed towards the year end 2022 I wanted to share this quick and easy Fruit Bruschetta recipe made with some simple ingredients easily available at home for this holiday season.

Ingredients :
200 gms cheese cream
4 tbs sugar (total measurement of wisking the cheese cream and orange dressing 2 tbs each used )
4 to 8 pieces of any rusk buiscuit (if Bruschetta bread is available then u can use that or try any rusk buiscuit of your choice)
1 whole fresh orange
200 gms organic fresh strawberries
2 fresh kiwi
1 Persimmon (it's known as Ramphal )
Some handfull of blueberries for garnishing

Method :
1.Take cheese cream in a bowl and wisk from low to high until fluffy then batch by batch add sugar and wisk for 10 minutes and keep inside the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes.
2.Chopp the fruits nicely as u wish
3.Now take a orange peel it off and put inside the blender and sugar and blend well and strain the juice and take a 1 tbs of juice part and mix gently along with fruits.
4.Now it's to assemble everything together spread the cheese cream on top of the rusk buiscuit and top it with mixed fruits and garnish with a blueberries.

Hello everyone buiscuit is a daily snack loved by all ages around the globe so here I tried a snax sandwich made with a salty buiscuit with a twist with simple ingredients easily available at home.

Ingredients :
12 to 16 pair of snacks buiscuit (salty one)
2 boiled potatoes
1/2 tps basil leaves
1/2 thyme
1/2 red chillie flakes
1/2 green chillies
Salt to taste
Aloo bhujiya
Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method :
1.Peel and boil the potatoes
2.Now in a bowl add the potatoes salt,basil,thyme,chillie flakes,green chillies, and coriander levaes mix well.
3.Now mix aloo bujiya and coriander levaes In plate and keep aside.
4.Take a piece of snack buiscuit and stuff it with the mixture and seal it with another piece of buiscuit and cover it round with aloo bujiya and coriander mix.
