Hello everyone bored with same old English snacks let's try something desi daal snack which is super delicious yet prepare with simple ingredients easily available at home.
Ingredients:
1 cup Chana daal or urad daal
1 finely chopped onion
2 to 3 green chillies chopped
Some fresh curry leaves Finley sliced
Some fresh coriander leaves chopped
1 tps coriander powder
1 tps cumin powder
1 tps red chille powder
1/2 tps asafoetida (hing)
1 tps chopped garlic
1/2 tps cumin seeds
1/2 carom seeds
Oil for frying
Method :
1.Clean and rinse and soak the daal for 1 hour .
2.Later Blend without water nicely make sure the batter to be thick not running consistency.
3.Tranfer into a bowl then add chopped onion,garlic,green chillies,curry leaves,fresh coriander, red chillie powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, hing,cumin seeds,carom seeds mix all the ingredients properly.
4.Now take a pan pour the vegetable oil let it come temperature in a medium to low flame.
5.Now take portion of the batter make a shape and put in heated oil to fry .
6.Fry in low flame so it doesn't get burn fry until golden brown colour.
