(Bhetki fish is marinated with ginger coriander , green chilli paste, salt n pepper ,lemon juice and is dropped into egg wash and then finely coated in bread crumbs and deep fried and then again coated into egg web while frying till it's golden and crunchy and served hot with mustard sauce )
