Happy Durga Puja.
Goddess Durga is a warrior goddess with ten hands, each representing the ten human senses and their control.
The defeat of Mahisasur, the buffalo demon, symbolizes the triumph of knowledge over ignorance.
She is with Saraswati - the goddess of wisdom, and Lakshmi - the goddess of prosperity, which signify the holistic aspects of human life encompassing wisdom and wealth. And, her association with Ganesh, the remover of obstacles, and Kartick, the god of war, further emphasizes success and power as integral parts of her divine attributes.
