Project Brief: Renovation of G+3 Residential Building

The project involves the comprehensive renovation of an existing G+3 storied residential building. The scope of work includes:

Building Plan Modifications: Reconfiguration of the internal layout to enhance spatial functionality and living comfort.

Sanction Approval: Preparation and submission of revised architectural plans for obtaining necessary approvals from the municipal authority.

Architectural Working Drawings: Development of detailed working drawings to guide ex*****on on site, covering floor plans, sections, and construction details.

Exterior Elevation Modifications: Redesign and enhancement of the building’s façade to achieve a modern aesthetic while maintaining structural harmony.

The project aims to revitalize the structure, improve user experience, and align the building with current architectural and regulatory standards.
