🚨 Jio Fiber Kolkata – Worst Experience Ever 🚨

No internet since 3rd June night, & ZERO support from Jio Fiber.
I’ve raised multiple complaints (Complaint ID: SR00002EV1VH), contacted customer care, WhatsApp, & even emailed them — but all I get are auto-generated replies.

No one has visited, no technician has called, & no one seems to care.
This is totally unacceptable for a paid broadband service in 2025!

I rely on the internet for work, & this blackout has caused serious disruptions.

➡️ If this isn’t resolved in 24 hours, I’ll escalate to TRAI, file a consumer complaint, & move to a more reliable provider.

Jio please take accountability. This is not how a national ISP should treat customers.
