I might become an enemy , but I must say this. Tripura constitutes only 0.32% of India, yet five days after the flood, people are still dying in the affected areas. Why are ordinary people risking their lives for rescue operations ?
If the remaining 99.68% of India truly cared, the rescue of the entire state of Tripura could have been completed within a few hours. Unfortunately, people are still trapped, and lives are still being lost.We often criticize neighboring countries for their inefficiencies, but despite Tripura being affected, the death toll has already surpassed 25. How is it that a smaller country can limit casualties to less than 20 in disasters like 10x critical situation, while we struggle to do the same?Where are the helicopters and volunteers when we need them most? They should be mobilized for situations like this.
Yet, our reality is disappointing:
1)Bangladeshi news channels are covering the disaster more than our own mainstream Indian media.
2)The brand ambassador of Tripura is silent—no sympathy, no support.
3)Conflicting reports are being given; one day, the District Magistrate says a dam was opened, and the next, the government denies it.
4)Relief efforts are turning into photo opportunities, with more interested in taking selfies than delivering aid.
5)There is no substantial help from other states, and even if there is, how much of it will actually reach the affected families?

I want to clarify that I have no political motives in saying this. If I’ve said anything wrong, I apologize. My intention is only to highlight the dire situation and urge for a better response.

Over the past two weeks, I have seen over a hundred news articles about the HIV epidemic in Tripura. Friends from outside Tripura have also reached out to me, inquiring about the situation. I am astonished that in our state, which boasts an 87% literacy rate, our society, especially the youth, remains largely unaware of this grave issue and nobody serious about the matter. Many young individuals are even unfamiliar with what HIV is.

Govt should make sure to maintain hygiene in saloon but If we remain indifferent ,why should the government take action on behalf of people who choose to remain ignorant?

1.Ensure Hygiene in Salons
Encourage salons owner in to adhere strictly to hygiene standards to prevent the spread of infections. and tell them about the situation.

2. Choose Hygienic Dental Care: When visiting a dentist, opt for one who follows comprehensive hygiene protocols to ensure your safety.

3. Adopt Other Preventive Measures.

(It became a disaster, especially through the salon)
