Xavier's Management Society The Xavier’s Management Society (XMS) is a society formed under the Department of Management Studies of St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.

The society aims at organising different events throughout the year to maximise exposure. Ever Since the inception of Xavier’s Management Society, students have proven themselves worthy and have scaled new heights. XMS is a society based on the ideological framework of commitment to excellence. XMS has more than 10 years of experience in conducting simulations and giving participants an insight in
