🔹 টেকনিশিয়ানদের বেতন সুরক্ষায় কড়া পদক্ষেপ

টেকনিশিয়ানদের স্বাস্থ্যবিমার আওতায় আনা এবং শিল্পী ও টেকনিশিয়ানদের Provident Fund বা PF-এর সুবিধা দেওয়ার সম্ভাবনাও খতিয়ে দেখবে রাজ্য।

Shamli, Uttar Pradesh: Popular Haryanvi singer and YouTuber Ankit Balian was allegedly shot dead by four unidentified assailants outside a gym in Uttar Pradesh’s Shamli on Wednesday, sending shockwaves across the regional music community.

According to initial reports, the attackers targeted Balian as he was outside the gym and opened fire at him. Around 20 rounds were reportedly fired during the attack. The singer sustained multiple gunshot wounds, including injuries to his head, and collapsed at the spot.

The sudden attack created panic in the area as people rushed for safety following the sound of gunfire. Balian was subsequently taken for medical treatment, but he could not be saved.

Police reached the scene soon after the incident and launched an investigation into the shooting. Authorities are examining CCTV footage and gathering evidence to identify the attackers and determine the motive behind the targeted killing.

‘Mile To Sahi’: Melodious Vocals, Soulful Lyrics and Outstanding Composition Create a Buzz at DIFF 2026

The musical world of ‘Ankahee Connection’ has found a new expression with the launch of ‘Mile To Sahi’, a soulful track that was unveiled at the Durgapur International Film Festival (DIFF) 2026 at Nandan, Kolkata. The song has already started drawing attention for its emotional depth, melodious vocals and engaging composition.
At the heart of the track is a story of emotions and relationships that often exist beyond words. ‘Mile To Sahi’ beautifully complements the theme of the film 'Ankahee Connection', adding a musical layer to its narrative of romance, connection and feelings left unspoken.
The song is written, directed and edited by Debolina Modak Sadhu. Renowned singers Mayuri Saha, known for her Indian Idol association, and Bollywood singer Kanchan (KD) lend their voices to the track, bringing different shades of emotion to the composition.
Kanchan (KD) has contributed as the lyricist, composer and music director. The music arrangement has been created by Debarata Majhi of Rebel Music Production, while Megh Banerjee has taken care of the mixing and mastering.
The visual narrative features Hemant Bilarati as the hero and Natsali Hessi as the heroine, with Aparip Mondal handling cinematography. Together, the performances and visuals seek to strengthen the emotional character of the song.
