Being vegan doesn't limit you from doing anything. It can actually make life very fun, bring you so much joy, better health, and inner fulfillment. 💪After traveling to more than 15 countries in the last 2 years and many cooking and travel tutorials, I will be sharing all of my tips on going vegan and traveling as a vegan.✈️🥘
🌟In the first half of the workshop, you will learn the practical steps of going vegan, where to shop, which ingredients/products to look for, how to eat enough protein on a vegan diet, which vitamins you need to start using, and how to cook meat alternatives (tofu, tempeh seitan…). We will also talk about how to travel as a vegan in an easy and simple way without any stress.
🌟The second part will be dedicated to cooking a meal together and talking about all the vegan ingredients you need on a vegan diet. We will finish the program by eating the meal we cooked and hanging out together with snacks, drinks, and cake.
The workshop will include:
⚡️Full meal that we will cook together (meal designed to have enough protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats) + cake, drinks, and snacks.
⚡️Educational talk on all things vegan (practical tips).
⚡️Benefits of the vegan diet and reasons to go vegan.
⚡️How to enjoy traveling around the world as a vegan.
⚡️Brochure with the most important information of the workshop
⚡️2 Ebooks (smoothie ebook & how to shop as a vegan ebook)
⚡️List of all the vegan/ vegetarian/vegan-friendly restaurants in Belgrade and Novi Sad
⚡️Hanging out part, where you can meet other vegans at the workshop and ask any questions
For all of those who won’t be able to join us in Belgrade, we will have an online option through Zoom. 📷 (You will get a list of all the ingredients you will need to cook the same meal at home)
