🎬 Padakkalam is a 2025 Malayalam supernatural comedy-fantasy film directed by Manu Swaraj.

In the present day, a charismatic and power-hungry college professor named Ranjith (Sharaf U Dheen) uncovers this dark magic source. Ranjith uses these supernatural tricks to manipulate the campus and secure a high-ranking position like Head of Department.

Four nerdy, comic book-loving student friends discover the professor's secret. Worried about his grand and evil plans, the students try to steal and destroy the mystical game set.

Things go completely wrong when the plan backfires. One of the students, Jithin (Sandeep Pradeep), along with Ranjith and a former rival named Shaji (Suraj Venjaramoodu), ends up caught in a chaotic body-swapping loop. Shaji returns to settle old scores with Ranjith, leading to a hilarious and spooky battle of errors. The rest of the movie tracks this unlikely group of students and men as they try to reverse the magic and fix reality.
