Kozhikode is stepping onto the global stage in a big way. HiLITE Group has kickstarted work on the World Trade Center Kozhikode, set to be one of the largest WTC complexes in the world.
Backed by a whopping $680 million investment across 12.5 million sq. ft., the project sits inside the 100-acre HiLITE City township. The first piece of the puzzle, the World Trade Center Learning Park, has already seen its foundation stone laid and will host top global universities and learning centers.
As a licensed member of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA), this project is expected to put Kozhikode firmly on the global business map — attracting MNCs, international collaborations, and high-profile investments.
HiLITE’s CEO, Ajil Muhammed, called it the next step in Kerala’s transformation, following their wave of malls that reshaped lifestyle across the state. With WTC Kozhikode, the city joins the global World Trade Center network, setting the stage for a new era of trade, education, and growth.
