has launched the Roadster electric motorcycle series starting at INR 75,000 (introductory, ex-showroom).

The range consists of Roadster Pro, Roadster and Roadster X, each trim further classified into different variants according to battery size.

The top-spec Roadster Pro 16 kWh variant is priced at INR 2.5 lakhs. Bookings for all the variants have been commenced.

Hyundai Motor India has showcased the Ioniq 5 electric vehicle at the 2024 India Couture Week (ICW), making a statement of style and innovation.

This also marks Hyundai's second consecutive partnership with the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) for the prestigious ICW. With this collaboration, the carmaker aims to position its EV as a premium product, which combines the goodness of technology and design.

ICW is taking place between July 24-31 at the Taj Palace, New Delhi. It will feature collections from 14 esteemed Indian couturiers like Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, Amit Aggarwal, Gaurav Gupta Couture and JJ Valaya, among others.

The Rolls-Royce Cullinan and the Cullinan Black Badge have received a big facelift! Now known as the Cullinan Series II and Cullinan Black Badge Series II, here are the key talking points:

EXTERIOR

🔸Redesigned front fascia: New lighting, tall DRLs, illuminated pantheon grille (a first for the Cullinan).

🔸Profile: A new feature line leading from the taillight forwards to the centre of the floating ‘RR’ centre caps on the rear wheel, updated lower valance surfaces finished in high-gloss black, bigger 23-inch wheels (a first for the Cullinan).

🔸Rear: each exhaust surround is finished in mirror-finish stainless steel; a new brushed stainless-steel protective plate runs between the exhausts.

🔸New paint option: Emperador Truffle with a bespoke ‘Crystal Over’ finish, a lacquer infused with glass particles.

INTERIOR

🔸A new pillar-to-pillar glass-panel fascia in the upper portion of the dashboard

🔸The redesigned instrument cluster and a new central infotainment screen run the SPIRIT operating system, first seen on the Spectre.

The Batur Convertible becomes the third coachbuilt Bentley crafted by Mulliner. It follows the sold-out two-door Bacalar Barchetta and the Batur Coupe. Here are the key highlights:

🔸It is strictly limited to 16 examples worldwide.

🔸With the 750PS/1,000Nm 6.0-litre twin-turbo W12 engine’s production to finish this summer, the Batur Convertible will be one of the last ever Bentleys to use the iconic motor.

🔸The airbridge and tapered cowls are not just aesthetic. They also provide a semi-enclosed luggage compartment behind the two front seats.

🔸The Batur Convertible’s roof can be deployed or stowed in just 19 seconds, with the car travelling at speeds of up to 50km/h at the touch of a button.

F1 Legend and three-time World Champion Ayrton Senna’s personal Honda NSX has gone up on sale this week in the UK – for a whopping half a million pounds (£500,000)! Here’s what you need to know:

🔸The car is available on the online marketplace, Auto Trader. It’s currently owned by Robert McFagan from East Sussex.

🔸It’s one of the three Honda NSX cars (the other two cars were black) owned by Senna during his lifetime. This red one though is touted to be the most famous one – Senna was even photographed washing it in 1991!

🔸Senna was regularly photographed with his red NSX whilst he stayed in Portugal, and the car also featured in the film “Racing is in My Blood” released in 1992. The car was given to Senna by Honda as part of their commercial partnership.

🔸As part of the 25th anniversary of Senna’s tragic passing in 2019, the red Honda NSX was taken to the Imola circuit and driven by Giancarlo Minardi in front of a packed out venue of Senna fans.

With a limited production run, the Honda NSX is already a rare car, and to own the one that was driven (and cleaned!) by Senna himself, is indeed a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!

Land Rover has revealed the first non-camouflage images of the upcoming Range Rover Electric. As the prototypes are undergoing winter testing in Sweden, here’s what Land Rover has revealed about the electric SUV so far:

🔸The first tests focus on the capability of the battery and Electric Drive Unit (EDU) – effectively the vehicle’s core components, including the transmission, electric motor and power electronics – in extreme sub-zero temperatures as low as –40°C.

🔸The Range Rover Electric will get an all-new traction control system. Unlike the traditional setup based solely on the ABS unit, the new system distributes the wheel slip management task directly to each electric drive control unit, reducing the torque reaction time at each wheel from around 100 milliseconds to as little as one millisecond! The system works in unison with the stability control and chassis systems to provide an even more overall refined drive.

🔸The Range Rover Electric is expected to debut by the end of this year.
