We strongly denounce the UT Government’s order of handing over 215 FAT schools to District Magistrates/Deputy Commissioners. This decision is not just an administrative overreach but a painful reminder of NC’s history of betrayal, recalling the mass rigging of 1987 when the organisation was deliberately sidelined. Today, the future of thousands of students and the livelihoods of countless teachers stand threatened. To sn**ch what belongs to the people under the guise of authority may appear as power, but in truth, it is nothing more than a deep wound on justice and an unforgivable insult to public trust.
We strongly urge the authorities to revoke this arbitrary ban and ensure that every child in Jammu and Kashmir has access to uninterrupted education.

The Justice and Development Front (JDF) Kulgam today convened an important meeting, led by General Secretary Mr. Reshi Sayar accompanied by District Patron Mr. Mohd Yousuf Rather and District President Mr. Bilal Ah. Mir, along with all Block Presidents of the district.
While addressing the gathering, the General Secretary stressed the urgent need to engage with the administration regarding the misuse of public funds from various sources in District Kulgam. He highlighted that it is imperative to assess the ground situation and establish a transparent channel through which development works and resources are delivered strictly on merit, not on political favoritism.
The meeting concluded with an inspiring note from the District Patron, who called upon all members to stand firm in their commitment, uphold integrity, and remain part of the change that the people of Kulgam deserve.

کل کے پوسٹ کو کچھ حضرات نے زیادہ دل پر لے لیا ہیں، حالانکہ میرا مقصد صرف اور صرف تضاد کی نشاندہی کرنا تھا! اس تضاد کی نشادہی کہ اگر ایک ادارے کو اپنی بقاء کیلۓ اضطراراً کوئی نامطلوب رویہ اختیار کرنے کی اجازات ہے ، تو پھر ایک پوری تنظیم کی بقاء اور اسکے نصب العین کی آبیاری اور ترویج کیلۓ یہ اضطرار کی دلیل کارآمد کیوں نہیں؟ درآں حالیکہ، مولانا مودودی نے خود اس عمل کو اضطرار پر قیاس کرتے ہوۓ جائز ٹھرایا ہے کہ اکٽریت سے دبے ہوۓ اور ظلم کا شکار مسلمان، غیر اسلامی دستور کے تحت انتخابات میں حصہ لیکر اپنے حقوق کا دفاع کریں اور اسلام کی دعوت کیلۓ راہ ہموار کریں!

تو کیا آپکا اضطرار جائز اور ہمارا اضطرار ناجائز،،،، ناجزئز ہی نہیں بلکہ غدارای ؟؟؟
آپکے اضطرار کے پیچھے صاف اور شفاف نیت لیکن جے ڈی ایف والے ایجنسیوں کے کارندے؟؟

میں مکرر عرض کرتا ہوں کہ آپ مجھے موجودہ حالات میں جے ڈی ایف کے سوا نصب العین کی آبیاری کا کوئی اور طریقہ بتلا دیں! ربِ کعبہ کی قسم میں سر پٹ اس راستے پر چلنے کیلۓ تیار ہوں! لیکن یاد رہے ، کہ نصب العین کی آبیاری کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ آپ عوام میں اسکی ترویج کرسکیں اور اسلامی تحریک کی افرادی قوت اور پزیرائی کو دن بدن بڑھوتری دے سکیں! مولانا مودودی کا سارا لٹریچر اسی نقطے کے ارد گرد گھومتا ہے اور جسے یہ سمجھ نہیں آتا وہ سب کچھ ہوسکتا ہے، لیکن تحریکی نہیں!
باقی ، یہ ادراے ہمارا سرمایہ ہے اور انکی بقاء کیلۓ ہمیں حتی المقدور کوشاں رہنا چاہیے!
البتہ یہ بھی یاد رہے کہ کسی ادرے کے چلنے اور اس میں بیٹھ کر آپ کے ملازمت کرنے سے تحریک کے نصب العین کو کوئی قابل قدر فائدہ نہیں پہچنے والا! اسلیے جس چیز کے ارگرد سارا لٹریچر گھومتا ہے، اسی کی فکر مندی آپکو زیادہ دآمن گیر کیے رہنی چاہیے اور اسکیلۓ آپکو کوئی wayout نکالنا چاہیے!

Deeply shocked and saddened to hear about the tragic death of young boy Farhan Wani of Katrsoo Kulgam . It was very unfortunate that we lost a young and dynamic boy in the unfortunate incident of Road Accident. I express my heartfelt condolences to Mohd Shafi wani and pray for courage to beareaved family to bear the irreparable loss. May the departed soul rest in peace & may the injured make a swift recovery.
