Pahalgam Terror Attack: 28 Lives Lost – A Dark Day for Humanity, A Wake-Up Call for Us All.

📍 **Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir – April 22, 2025**
A land known for its scenic beauty and peaceful valleys has been stained with blood and fear once again.
In one of the **most horrifying terror attacks in recent times**, **28 innocent lives were lost** in the Baisaran Valley near Pahalgam—many of them *tourists* who had come to witness the beauty of Kashmir but met a tragic fate. Over a dozen others were seriously injured.
❗ **What Happened?**
At around **1 PM**, four heavily armed militants opened fire on a group of tourists. Chaos erupted as bullets flew and screams filled the valley that was once echoing with laughter. The attackers did not spare anyone—men, women, even children were caught in the horror.
🚨 **Immediate Response**
Security forces responded swiftly, but by then, the damage was done. The attackers managed to escape into the nearby forests. The Indian Army, CRPF, and J&K Police** have now launched a massive manhunt.
💔 **Who Were the Victims?**
- 22 Indian tourists from states like Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu
- 2 foreign nationals—one from **UAE**, one from **Nepal**
- 2 local guides who were helping the tourists
These were not just statistics. These were **dreamers, travelers, family members**, people just like us.
