With the recovery of body of Mehnaz Rasheed Shah(30) son of Abdul Rasheed of Khanyar, the death toll in the tragic incident rose to three. DC Bandipora pays surprise visit to District Hospital; review functioning, patient care BANDIPORA, JULY 11: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Manzoor Ahmad Qadri, on Friday, along with a team of officers, conducted a surprise visit to the District Hospital Bandipora to assess its overall functioning and review the quality of patient care and adherence to work culture norms.
