2016 ਨਾਭਾ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਬ੍ਰੇਕ ਮਾਸਟਰਮਾਈਂਡ ਰਮਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ ਰੋਮੀ ਹਾਂਗਕਾਂਗ ਤੋਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ !
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਣਥੱਕ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਕਰਤਾ ਰੋਮੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਆਈ.ਐਸ.ਆਈ. ਅਤੇ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ ਲਿਬਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਫੋਰਸ (ਕੇ.ਐਲ.ਐਫ.) ਦੇ ਹਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਿੰਟੂ ਅਤੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਲਵੱਡੀ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰ ਫਰਾਰ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ।
ਨਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਾਡੀ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ :
1. ਲੁੱਕ ਆਊਟ ਸਰਕੂਲਰ (LOC) ਅਤੇ ਰੈਡ ਕਾਰਨਰ ਨੋਟਿਸ (RCN) ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨਾ
2. ਹਾਂਗਕਾਂਗ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ MLAT ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ 2018 ਵਿੱਚ ਹਵਾਲਗੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ
3. ਹਾਂਗਕਾਂਗ ਦੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਾਰੀ
ਐਂਟੀ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਟਾਸਕ ਫੋਰਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ (AGTF) ਰੋਮੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਰਾਹ 'ਤੇ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਹਾਂਗਕਾਂਗ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ, ਸੀਬੀਆਈ, ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ, ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।

After tireless efforts by Punjab Police, Romy, the key conspirator, is being brought back today to face justice. He was in touch with and other escaped prisoners, including Harminder Singh Mintu and Kashmir Singh Galwaddi of the Khalistan Liberation Force ( )

1. Issuance of Look Out Circular (LOC) & Red Corner Notice (RCN)
2. Extradition process initiated in 2018 under MLAT with Hong Kong government
3. Robust presentation to Hong Kong's Department of Justice and Hon'ble Courts
