In this video, Sikh terrorist Sandeep Singh can be seen with Khalistani leader Amritpal Singh. Amritpal Singh supported Khalistan movement has been lately gaining momentum in Punjab.

A video has surfaced on social media showing him meeting with the 'Pro Khalistan' vocalist cm leader. In the video, the shooter Sunny can be seen holding a baby and interacting with Amritpal Singh. For the unversed, Amritpal Singh is the president Waris Punjab De which was started by the late Punjabi actor Deep Sidhu.

It was reported that the accused Sandeep arrived in a car on which a poster of Pro Khalistan leaders allegedly including Waris Punjab De Chief Amritpal Singh's photo was present. However, DGP Punjab Gaurav Yadav refused to comment on it and stated that an investigation is underway and no angle has been ruled out.

In the God's Own County a Kerala man was arrested by police in Kannur district's Thalassery for kicking a six-year-old boy who had leaned on his parked car. The entire incident was recorded on CCTV cameras in the area.

The incident took place near the old Thalassery bus stand at around 8 pm. The six-year-old boy is from a Rajasthani family that had migrated to Kerala for work. The accused was identified as Shihshad, a native of Ponniam Palam.

Shihshad had parked his car and gone to a shop. When he returned, he found the boy leaning against his car. Enraged, Shishad began to assault the boy and also kicked him.

On Friday, based on the CCTV footage, police registered a case and arrested him under Sections 308 (attempt to culpable homicide) and 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) of the Indian Penal Code.

Shiv Sena leader Sudhir Suri was shot at in Punjab's Amritsar. The incident took place outside a temple in the city. Shiv Sena leaders were protesting outside the temple and this is when someone from the crowd came and shot Suri.

6th such murder of Hindu outfit leaders, and the 10th overall of any religious or religio-political leader, in the last two years in Punjab.

Suri was reportedly on a hitlist and a huge posse of security was already provided to him. The crowd caught hold of the suspected attacker and he was later taken into custody by police. The suspected attacker has been identified as Sandeep Singh.

Reacting to the incident, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Tajinder Singh Bagga slammed Aam Aadmdi Party (AAP) government and said that law and order has collapsed in Punjab. "Law and order collapsed in Punjab, Shiv sena leader Sudhir Suri injured in firing in Amritsar," he tweeted.

Radharaman Das, vice-president of Kolkata-based ISKCON ISKCON, shared a video of him urinating on the Shivling on his Twitter handle. He wrote, "Shoaib urinated on Shivling. Today the condition of Hindus is such that we will not do everything.”

The video of urinating on Shivling is from Meerut in Uttar Pradesh. In the viral video, a young man is seen entering the temple and urinating on the Shivling. The case is of Rasna village under the Saroorpur police station area of Meerut. On Tuesday (October 18, 2022) morning, when the priests arrived at the temple to offer prayers, the door was open and there was a urine smell from inside. After this, the youth of the village Mohit was called and CCTV footage was scanned, in which Shoaib was seen urinating on the Shivling. Meerut police have said that the accused was identified on the basis of CCTV footage. He has been arrested and sent to jail. A case has been registered against the accused in this regard.

Radharaman Das, vice-president of Kolkata has shared another video, in which a person named Mustafa Arshad Khan is seen threatening Hindus. Along with this video, Radharaman Das wrote, "When the time comes, they will erase all the traces of Hindus. This is an Islamic Influencer. It has more than 14,000 followers on Instagram. Jakarta [Indonesia], October 20: The giant dome of the Jakarta Islamic Centre Grand Mosque in Indonesia collapsed on Wednesday after a major fire broke out.

Dramatic social media footage showed the moment the mosque's dome collapsed, however, officials said that there were no casualties, reported Gulf Today.

The dome was destroyed by a fire during its renovation. Firefighters were alerted about the blaze shortly after 3 pm local time, with at least ten fire engines being dispatched to the scene, Indonesia media reported.

No one was injured in the fire or the ensuing collapse. Local media added that police are investigating the cause of the fire and have questioned contractors working in the building.

Apart from the mosque, the Islamic Centre complex also houses educational, commercial and research facilities.

The mosque's dome last caught fire during renovations almost exactly 20 years ago, with the October 2002 blaze taking five hours to extinguish, reported Gulf Today.

Indian users cannot be discriminated against the other users of WhatsApp, the Central government on Thursday told the Supreme Court saying that a new Data Protection Bill to safeguard citizens’ rights is underway and likely to be placed before Parliament in the upcoming session.

A five-judge Constitution bench of Justices KM Joseph, Ajay Rastogi, Aniruddha Bose, Hrishikesh Roy and CT Ravikumar posted the matter for January 17, 2023.
The bench was hearing two students’ petitions challenging WhatsApp’s 2021 Privacy Policy, which allows the company to share users’ data with parent company Facebook and others, as a violation of their privacy and free speech.

The bench has asked the government to either introduce a Bill in Parliament that addresses users’ privacy concerns and the standards that WhatsApp must follow, or it will begin the final hearing in the case on January 17, 2023.

It ordered that by December 15, 2022 pleadings in all the cases be completed.

Senior advocate Shyam Divan, appearing for the petitioners, told the bench that Indian users are deprived of their fundamental rights and the same platform operating in other countries, especially in the European Union, has higher standards of privacy and those standards are not prevalent in India.
