Naneghat, also referred to as Nanaghat or Nana Ghat, is a mountain pass in the Western Ghats range between the Konkan coast and the ancient town of Junnar in the Deccan plateau. The pass is about 120 kilometres north of Pune and about 165 kilometres east from Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The trek difficulty at Naneghat is medium. People with very less physical activity may find it difficult to complete the trek. The time taken to complete the trek is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. Distance covered is around 4.8 kms.
This trail is pretty easy and is five kilometers. Naneghat trekking point just starts off the Ahmednagar-Kalyan road. The trail passes through some patchy forest and mostly dry terrains. When you reach towards the end of the trek, you will see a high point in front of you.
