So… Where Have I Been?
I know I’ve been MIA for a while now, and if you’ve been wondering where I disappeared to… well, I’ve been living in a beautiful chaos of blueprints, late-night planning sessions, and endless cups of coffee.

The truth? I’ve been building something. Something that started as a crazy idea scribbled on papers in different cafe corners (not for too long thankfully, in a month I would say and so grateful for that) and somehow turned into… this.

Yes, that’s actually happening. Standing here now, owning the keys to my office space and seeing it taking shape everyday. You know that feeling? When your dreams get so real they’re almost scary?

The butterflies are intense. Every client who believed in me when I was speculative with big ideas and a laptop, every late-night strategy call that felt more like destiny than work… it all led to this moment.

But here’s the thing - this isn’t just about getting a fancy office space. It’s about what we’re going to create here. The businesses we’ll transform, the success stories we’ll write together.

I’m honestly still pinching myself. Part of me wants to share everything right now, but there’s something magical about taking you along on this journey, gradually.

Here’s to the ones who let you be—no pressure, no pretence. Just presence.

The ones you can sit beside in silence, do your own thing, and still feel deeply connected. Who give you space to breathe, be yourself, and glow in your own light.

It’s not about grand gestures—it’s about those quiet hours that feel like peace. Doing what you love, with someone who just gets it.

If you’ve got a person like that, hold them close. And if you are that person to someone, never underestimate how healing your presence can be.

This week ends on a deeply fulfilling note — three deals closed.
No company name. No borrowed brand. Just me.
100% ownership — and that feels incredibly meaningful.

These weren’t just business wins.
They were moments of trust. Of being seen. Of being believed in.

A few weeks ago, I decided to step out on my own.
No agency tag. No safety net.
Just the intention to show up — honestly, consistently — and offer value where I truly could.

The journey has had its share of doubts and overthinking.
Lots of reaching out. Revisiting old conversations. Following up.
And sometimes just waiting — with faith, not fear.

But this week shifted something.

Because every “yes” didn’t just validate my work —
it reaffirmed that what I bring to the table matters, even without a big name attached to it.

For that, I’m quietly proud.
Mostly, I’m deeply grateful.

Some simple lessons I’ve learned (and continue to learn):
🔹 Keep showing up — even when it’s quiet. Even when it’s messy.
🔹 Be clear about how you can help — people appreciate honesty over polish.
🔹 Follow up with kindness — life’s busy for everyone.
🔹 Back yourself, fully — the energy you bring sets the tone.
To those who took a chance on me, supported me, or simply rooted from afar — thank you, truly.

Not because it’s perfect.
Not because it’s free of weeds.
But because I water it.
I show up for it. I nurture it. I own it.

In a world constantly comparing lawns, lives, likes, and timelines—
I choose to focus on mine.
Because growth isn’t about greener pastures.
It’s about appreciating where your feet are planted.

I’ve learnt to bloom in my own time,
To turn setbacks into compost,

I was on a virtual call recently when a prospective client asked,
“Why would you leave a high-paying role with all the perks, exposure, and bonuses… to consult?”

Fair question.
One I’d been asking myself too—quietly—for years.

After almost two decades in the corporate world—leading campaigns, building brands, driving revenue—I voluntarily stepped down from a senior management role.
Not because I was done.
But because I was ready for something more aligned.

I told him:
✨ I’m not chasing a role anymore. I’m building impact.
✨ I’d rather work with teams hungry to grow than navigate layers of hierarchy.
✨ Consulting lets me go deep, move fast, and stay true to purpose—not just position.
✨ And truthfully, I prefer meaningful work over flattery or politics—always have.

Today, I partner with founders, CXOs, startups, and government-backed teams to do what I love—build brands, bring clarity, and drive real growth.

The structure and discipline from my corporate years?
Still with me.
Only now, they serve people—not processes.

Hey travelers! My journey to Ladakh was filled with moments that felt truly magical. 🌄

It began with a sunset at Dal Lake in Srinagar, where the sky turned vibrant shades of orange and pink, perfectly mirrored on the calm waters. The gentle sway of shikaras and the peaceful atmosphere made it feel like time stood still. If you’re in Srinagar, catching a sunset here is a must! 🌅

Then came the starry nights in Ladakh—I’ve never seen a sky so full of stars! It was like the universe was putting on a show, reminding me of the beauty and vastness of our world. For all the stargazers out there, this is your dream destination! 🌌

Driving up Changla Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the world, was a mix of thrill and awe. The winding roads and breathtaking views at every turn made it an unforgettable adventure. 🚗 If you love road trips, you’ll want to add this to your list!

Nubra Valley surprised me with its incredible mix of landscapes—sand dunes, patches of greenery, and snow-capped mountains all in one view. It felt like stepping onto another planet. 🌍 Perfect for those who crave a mix of adventure and serenity.

And the sunrise at Pangong Lake? It was worth waking up early for! The lake turned brilliant shades of turquoise and blue, mirroring the sky above—a moment of pure peace. If you visit Ladakh, make sure to see a sunrise here! 🌄
