Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Female Telecaller with excellent communication skills to join our insurance sales team. The primary responsibility is to interact with potential customers, explain health & life insurance products, generate leads, and convert them into sales. The candidate should be confident, customer-friendly, and capable of handling client queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote health and life insurance plans.
- Explain product features, benefits, and coverage details clearly and effectively.
- Maintain follow-up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer objections and provide relevant solutions.
- Record call details and maintain CRM data accurately.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with polite and professional communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Female candidates mandatory
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact confidently with clients
- Positive attitude & convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools
- Ability to work under sales-driven tasks and meet targets
- Previous telecalling or insurance experience will be an added advantage (not mandatory)
