Seriously? You're going to compare this heinous act to anything else?

The horrifying attack on tourists in Pahalgam is not just heartbreaking, it’s enraging. After something like this, who would even think of planning a trip there?

Today it’s Kashmir — what if tomorrow it’s somewhere else? Why are we not safe in our own country? What kind of security does the state government even provide in such busy tourist places? Or was it intentional negligence?

Whatever it was, it was completely wrong. These criminals don’t deserve to live among us. They — and even their supporters, no matter how far-flung — should be thrown out of the country.

To those who are in pain, may God give you strength. And to the innocent lives lost in this tragedy, may the Almighty give you peace and shelter. 💔

1. A 25-year-old man working at a multinational company died by su***de in Maharashtra's Matunga on February 23, owing to the “pressure at his work place”.

2. A 26-year-old Chartered Accountant working at an MNC died because of overworking. Anna Sebastian Perayil, succumbed to work stress in July, four months after joining the company.

This isn’t just one or two isolated incidents; it’s a wake-up call for companies everywhere. Toxic bosses are seriously harming the mental health of many by prioritizing profit over people, often hiring toxic employees with hefty salaries. It’s time for organizations to reevaluate their leadership and create a healthier work environment for everyone. We need to prioritize mental well-being over a toxic culture!

Human Resources must actively listen to every employee and take immediate action against toxic leadership. We need to foster an environment where open conversations about mental well-being are encouraged and supported.

Let’s advocate for better resources, understanding, and compassion for all employees. Together, we can work towards a culture that values mental health just as much as productivity.

Oh, here’s a special shoutout to all the companies and their lovely bosses out there who are doing such a fantastic job of harming people's mental health. Bravo! I've had the pleasure of encountering a few of these gems myself. Clearly, prioritizing profits over well-being is the way to go! Keep up the great work—because who needs a healthy workplace when you can have a toxic environment instead?
