We’re pushing farther than ever before 🚀

Today, the Artemis II crew will journey around the Moon’s far side, venturing farther from Earth than any humans in history—surpassing the record set by Apollo 13 in 1970.

As they circle the Moon, the astronauts will capture images of lunar landscapes never before witnessed by human eyes. At their closest approach, they’ll pass about 4,000 miles above the surface.
