We had the honor of hosting our esteemed alumnus Mr. Jaswinder Sodhi, who shared his inspiring journey with us. He was accompanied by his mother, Dr. Neelam Sodhi, a distinguished gynecologist, whose presence made the occasion even more special. We’re thrilled to announce the successful completion of our 4-week “Integration of AI, ML & IoT” training program under the SMART FUSION initiative!

Huge thanks to Principal Dr. Sehajpal Singh for his visionary leadership and to IT Head Dr. Kulvinder Singh Mann for his incredible support. This program, coordinated by Dr. Randeep Kaur and Prof. Himani Sharma (in collaboration with TCC), empowered students with hands-on, future-ready skills in intelligent systems.

Over the past month, students gained practical experience:

Week 1: Fundamentals of IoT, AI, & ML with Raspberry Pi and NodeMCU.

Week 2: Sensor data collection, cleaning, and interactive dashboard creation.

Week 3: Applied ML algorithms (Linear Regression, KNN) for prediction and anomaly detection using real-time IoT data.

Week 4: Developed and deployed smart applications on edge devices, including smart home systems and precision agriculture models.
