🙏 देश के प्रधानमंत्री को गाली देना अपराध है 🙏

भारत के संविधान ने हमें अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता दी है, लेकिन इसका मतलब ये नहीं कि हम किसी भी संवैधानिक पद पर बैठे व्यक्ति को गाली या अपमानजनक भाषा का प्रयोग करें।

👉 अगर कोई प्रधानमंत्री को गंदी गाली देता है तो उस पर निम्न क़ानूनी कार्रवाई हो सकती है:

IPC धारा 500 – मानहानि (2 साल तक की जेल + जुर्माना)

IPC धारा 504 – जानबूझकर अपमान करना (6 महीने से 2 साल तक की जेल)

IPC धारा 505 – अफवाह फैलाना (जेल + जुर्माना)

गंभीर मामलों में देशद्रोह (124A IPC) तक लग सकता है, जिसकी सजा आजीवन कारावास है।

⚖️ इसलिए असहमति जताइए, सवाल उठाइए, लेकिन गाली देना अपराध है और इसके लिए जेल भी हो सकती है।

👉 देश बदलने के लिए शब्दों का इस्तेमाल शालीनता और तर्क के साथ करें। ✨
