Let’s start with Shubho Drishti. One of the most heartwarming moments in a Bengali wedding.

It’s the first time the bride and groom lock eyes… but with a twist!

The bride covers her face with two betel leaves and is carried into the mandap by her brothers. Amid the sound of conch shells and ululation, she slowly lowers the leaves and their eyes meet for the first time, surrounded by love, laughter, and age-old tradition.

Story begins...

Growing up, making photos with reel camera was my hobby, (Blame the 36 shot reels) then at the onset of technology of camera phones, it became a passion. Finally, one fine Saturday evening I figured I had been clicking photos for almost 5 hours without realising time passing by. Thats when I found my thing- Photography.

Since then there has been no looking back. Ginger Films is the product of that passion and effort coming together..
