It is! If neglected, it might lead to pelvic inflammatory disease, which can affect your chances of giving birth. 😢

This Menstrual Hygiene Day, I’d like to raise some awareness about the need to openly talk about our periods. It’s so old-school to act all shy and coy and pretend this isn’t a major problem every single month. Am I right, ladies?🫶

📢 Excited to have conducted an empowering menstrual hygiene session today for 50+ incredible women employees at JKCement on Menstrual Hygiene Day! 🎉🚺

3 Learnings from the session.

1. Women are more open to talk about periods and not hesitating like before.
2. They are expecting support at workplace and not HELP
3. More women are aware about the stigma around periods and are ready to take actions :)
