Mountain withdrawal is a very real, very heavy thing.

Going from the overwhelming peace of the peaks to the immediate rush of routine life is an emotional crash. You want to move forward with your day, but your mind won’t let you.

Every single time I close my eyes, the city disappears, and those breathtaking scenery visuals play on a loop.Left a piece of myself up there and I don’t think I’m getting it back anytime soon. 🏔️
