The hardest part of business is usually the part nobody wants to own.

Everyone wants the exciting part.

The offer.
The marketing.
The sales.

But then comes:

Payment.
Support.
Delivery.
Customer confusion.
Broken processes.
Things nobody warned you about.

That's where the boring part of business lives.

And honestly, that's probably where the real business is built.

Because an opportunity is easy to get excited about.

Owning the problems that come with it is different.

Maybe that's the real difference between finding a business...

and building one.

What are your thoughts on this?

Seven years into this journey.

Sometimes I look back and wonder how long I've been trying to figure things out.

Seven years of learning.
Trying.
Failing.
Starting again.

And honestly, I still don't know exactly where this road will take me.
There's no guarantee that I'll make it.

But I've learned something along the way:
As long as I know that I'm building, learning, and becoming better than who I was yesterday, I have a reason to continue.

So I'll keep going.

And if you're walking this journey with me, I hope you keep going too.

We don't have to have everything figured out today.

We just have to keep moving.

Now you know what you need to work on.

Last week reminded me of something I keep learning the hard way:

Building is where the real thinking begins.

Before you build something, everything seems obvious.

Once you start building, the gaps show up.

The assumptions get challenged.

The unnecessary stuff becomes obvious.

And sometimes, the project starts pointing you in a direction you didn’t expect.

That’s exactly where I am right now.

Still building.

I've never grown inside my comfort zone.

Not once.

When I started, I had no skills. I didn't even know how to record a simple video.

The first few recordings felt awkward.

I didn't know what to say.
I didn't know where to look.
I didn't like how I sounded.

But I kept showing up.

Not because it became comfortable...

Because I knew the only way to grow was to face what made me uncomfortable.

Years later, I can clearly see that every skill I've built came from stepping into situations I wanted to avoid.

So wherever you are in your journey...

Don't wait until it feels easy.

Face the uncomfortable.

That's where growth begins.

Creating a sale in business can be the hardest part.

I know that feeling.

But over time I realized...

A sale isn't the achievement.

It's a responsibility.

Somone trusted your offer.

Now it's our turn to justify that trust.

Marketing can bring customers.

Only delivery keeps them.

The internet is full of people who know how to sell.

Very few know how to build a business people genuinely want to come back to.

That's the game I'm trying to play.

Not collecting payments.

Earning trust.

One customer at a time.

I used to think...

"Just believe in yourself."

But belief alone doesn't change anything.

You can believe you're capable...

You can believe you'll succeed...

You can believe your time will come...

Yet nothing changes until you do something.

Not perfect.

Not fully planned.

Just something.

Most people don't fail because they lack confidence.

They fail because they're waiting to feel "ready."

The truth?

Imperfect action beats perfect planning every single time.

Take the messy step.

Learn.
Adjust.
Repeat.

Confidence isn't built before action.

It's built because of action.

Lately, I've noticed one thing about how people use AI.

Many people are looking for AI to do the work for them.

I use AI differently.

I work with AI to grow my business.

AI helps me think, research, write, and execute faster.

But the decisions, creativity, and responsibility are still mine.

Because if AI does all the thinking for you...

How will you grow?

To me, AI isn't a replacement.

It's leverage.

The better you think, the more valuable AI becomes.

That's how I'm using it.

How are you using AI tools in your business?

Business changes you before it pays you.

It forces you to think differently, solve problems, and become someone capable of building something valuable.

The first return on investment isn't money.

It's the person you're becoming.

Every new connection teaches something.

Not every person joins your journey for the same reason.

Some connect because they want to learn.

Some because they share the same vision.

Some because they simply want to support your journey.

And yes...

Some connect only to sell something.

That's part of the game too.

Over time, I've realized something.

Growth isn't just about creating content or building an audience.

It's about deliberately building genuine connections with people.

Not everyone will accept your friend request.

Not everyone will reply.

That's okay.

Respect their decision and move forward.

Because business isn't built by forcing relationships.

It's built by nurturing the ones that naturally grow.
