અગત્યની નોંધઃ નામ અને મોબાઇલ નંબર સાથે ઇમેઇલ /ટેલિગ્રામ પર મોકલાવાયેલા એકોક્તિના વિડિયો જ સ્વીકાર્ય. સ્પર્ધામાં જોડાવા આ ગૂગલ ફોર્મ સંપૂર્ણ ભરવું, પછી જ સ્પર્ધામાં પ્રવેશ મળશે.

તમામ એન્ટ્રીના તમામ કોપીરાઇટ્સ આયોજકો અને માંગરોળ મલ્ટીમીડિયા લિમિટેડ હસ્તક રહેશે.
