I regret purchasing an HP product due to the worst after-sales service IтАЩve ever experienced.
When my LCD screen developed a fault, HP refused warranty without any physical inspection or technical report. Their executive was rude, arrogant, and accused me of lyingтАФall without a shred of evidence.
Even their engineer admitted to a panel fault, yet the company denied warranty and sent a generic link to close the case.
If this is how HP treats genuine customers, then their тАЬguaranteeтАЭ is meaningless. No inspection. No accountability. No respect.
тЪая╕П I strongly urge everyone to think twice before investing in HP products. Your hard-earned money deserves better support, better ethics, and basic customer respect.
