आख़िर CBSE में ऐसा क्या है जो किसी राज्य शिक्षा बोर्ड में नहीं है? CBSE सहित देश के अधिकतम शिक्षा बोर्ड NCERT पाठ्यक्रम का अनुसरण करते हैं। लेकिन फिर भी राज्य शिक्षा बोर्ड पर सीबीएसई को क्यों तवज्जो दी जाती है? प्राइवेट स्कूलों में तो सीबीएसई का हव्वा बना हुआ है लेकिन अब सरकार ही इस दौड़ में कूद पड़ी है वो भी अपना शिक्षा बोर्ड होते हुए।
तो सरकार से कुछ सवाल हैं:
क्या सरकार को ही अपने शिक्षा बोर्ड पर ही भरोसा नहीं है?
अगर हिमाचल प्रदेश शिक्षा बोर्ड इस नाकाबिल है तो फिर 229 स्कूल ही क्यों, सभी स्कूलों को सीबीएसई के दीजिए। दूसरे स्कूलों में पढ़ने वाले छात्र क्यों वंचित रहे सीबीएसई से?
इन 229 स्कूलों की सूची किन मानदंडों के आधार पर बनाई गई?
क्या ऐसा नहीं किया जा सकता है कि अपने शिक्षा बोर्ड की गुणवत्ता को ही CBSE के बराबर या उससे से बेहतर किया जाए। जोकि हिमाचल जैसे प्रदेश में किया जाना असंभव नहीं है।
ये निर्णय अपने प्रदेश शिक्षा बोर्ड पर सवालिया निशान नहीं है?
