ಶ್ರೀ ಚಾಮುಂಡೇಶ್ವರಿ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ರಾಮನಗರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಚನ್ನಪಟ್ಟಣ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಗೌಡಗೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಅಮ್ಮ ಶ್ರೀ ಚಾಮುಂಡೇಶ್ವರಿ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ದೇವತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಜನರು ಇದನ್ನು ಪೂಜಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನವು ಚಾಮುಂಡೇಶ್ವರಿ ದೇವಿಯ 60 ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರದ ಪಂಚಲೋಹದ ವಿಗ್ರಹಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಸರುವಾಸಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ಭಾರತದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ದೇವಾಲಯವು ಒಂದು ಶಕ್ತಿಶಾಲಿ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಕೇಂದ್ರವೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದವನ್ನು ತರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ನಂಬಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ, ದೇಶದ ವಿವಿಧ ಭಾಗಗಳಿಂದ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಭಕ್ತರು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು, ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತಮ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಲು ದೇವಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

15km away from district headquarter Mandya.
Pandavapura is nearest town to Dodda Byadarahalli which is approximately 9km away. Brahma Lingeshwara is Shiva temple located at Dodda Byadarahalli, Karnataka. This shiva temple is located in top of hill. Its completely dilapidated condition. here the primary deity is lord Shiva as Lingam form. No other deity is found here. There is another BrahmaLingeshwara temple located on the road side, which is in good condition.

Sri Chamundeshwari Temple is located in Gowdagere, Channapatna Taluk, Ramanagar District, in Karnataka. Amma Sri Chamundeshwari is the main deity of the temple, worshipped by the people in this area. The temple is famous for its 60 foot tall Panchaloha idol of Goddess Chamundeshwari and is not only famous in Karnataka but all over India.

The temple is considered a powerful spiritual center and is believed to bring blessings to all devotees. Every year, thousands of devotees come here from different parts of the country. They visit the temple to share their problems, seek blessings and pray for a better life.

Goddess Chamundi, also called Durga, is a powerful form of Shakti. She is known for fighting and defeating evil. She killed the demons Chanda and Munda and also Mahishasura, a buffalo-headed monster.
