On July 17, 2025, from 11 am to 1 pm, a session on "Future of Work" was conducted by Dr. Sujay Nair for third-year BCom and BBA 5th-semester students. The session covered topics such as:
- AI and Smart Tech: The impact of emerging technologies on the workforce and industry.
- Workforce Redefinition: The changing nature of work and the skills required for success.
- Preparation for Placements and Interviews: Strategies for students to prepare for the job market.
The event was attended by:
- Prof. Shareena: Vice Principal and Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Management.
- Prof. Neeksh*tha: HOD of Management.

Dr. Manjushree welcomed the resource person, Dr. Sujay Nair, and Prof. Cassin Rodrigues proposed the vote of thanks.

The Yenepoya Institute of Arts, Science, Commerce and Management, Kulur, under the Department of Commerce, conducted a Mutual Fund Investor Awareness Program titled "Ways of Effective Wealth Creation" on 12th July 2025 for 3rd Year B.Com students under SEBI’s initiative. The session was organized by Faculty Co-ordinator,Ms. Sharmila P. Nayak Assistant Professor.. Mr. Arjun Prakash, Trainer and Lecturer from St. Aloysius College (Deemed to be University), Mangalore, was the resource person. The session covered essential topics such as financial planning, impact of inflation, mutual fund types, SIPs, power of compounding, and taxation. Mr. Muhammad Shahid, Head of the Department, addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of Financial Literacy.
