The Govt. Upper Primary School Kamhua Noknu, Pongchau Circle of Longding District, has proudly announced a significant improvement in the passed percentage of its students compared to last year's results. This achievement comes after considerable effort and dedication from the teaching and non-teaching staff, who have faced numerous challenges in this underserved area, where educational resources are often limited. Last year(2021-2022), the school recorded the lowest passed percentage in the entire district, highlighting the uphill battle they have fought.

The remarkable turnaround can be attributed to the relentless hard work of the Students Union, spearheaded by President *Langwang Losu*, who organized frequent Counseling and Awareness Programs aimed at motivating students and fostering a supportive learning environment.
Additionally, the unwavering commitment of the dedicated teaching staff has been crucial in helping students overcome their academic difficulties.
The faculty members, who tirelessly worked day and night, include:
1. Sh. Chagang Hanuam (PRT) - Known for his innovative teaching methods.
2. Sh. Jahat Pansa (PRT) - Recognized for his personalized attention to struggling students.
3. Sh. Jatwang Wangsa (PRT) - A mentor who inspires students with his passion for education.
4. Ms. Anu Pansa (PRT) - Committed to fostering a love for learning through engaging curriculums.
5. Ms. Nangoi Boham (Warden) - Provided a nurturing environment for the residential students.
6. Smti Toiman Wangsa (PRT) - Known for her creativity in making lessons enjoyable and effective.
7. Smti Nonnyo Wangsu (PTI) - Instrumental in promoting physical education and overall well-being.
8. Sh. Mantai Pansa (Accountant) - Ensured that all financial resources were utilized effectively for school activities.
9. Sh. Sumit Chaudhary (PTT)
10. Ms. Ngamdon Wangsa (ICT) - Enhanced learning through the integration of technology in the classroom.
11. Sh. Apho Pansa (Cook-Cum Helper) - Provided nutritious meals that fueled students’ learning.
12. Sh. Wangnyai Losu (Chowkidar) - Maintained a safe and secure environment for students and staff.

This collective effort has culminated in a positive outcome, showing that when a community bands together with determination and purpose, remarkable things are possible.
