# # Sabhudana Vrat Uttapam Recipe | Navratri Special | Fasting Food
"Namaste aur swagat hai mere YouTube channel par! Aaj main aapko ek special recipe batane ja raha hoon jo ki Navratri ke dauran vrat ke liye perfect hai - Sabhudana Vrat Uttapam!

# # Ingredients:
- 1 cup sabhudana (sago)
- 1/2 cup dudhi (bottle gourd)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Ghee or oil, for cooking

# # Instructions:
1. Soak the sabhudana overnight and drain excess water.
2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Heat a non-stick pan and add a little ghee or oil.
4. Pour the batter and cook until golden brown.
5. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
