Located right in Ithaca near the Cornell area, Ithaca Falls is one of the easiest waterfalls to visit in the Finger Lakes region because you don’t need a long hike to reach it. You can literally park nearby and walk just a few minutes before hearing the waterfall rushing through the gorge.

The little walk there, the sound of birds, the damp air, the trees hanging over the edges, the constant roar of the waterfall echoing through the area…every detail makes it feel calming and unreal at the same time.

It’s my one of my favorite places and definitely one of the prettiest nature spots in Upstate New York 🍃

And honestly, videos still don’t do justice to how huge and beautiful it actually looks in person. 💕
