The Republic Day was celebrated with great zeal, enthusiasm, and patriotic spirit at Higher Secondary School Gahni under the dynamic leadership of the worthy Principal, Sh. Imtiaz Ahmed Shah. The celebration began with the hoisting of the National Flag followed by the National Anthem, creating an atmosphere of pride and unity among students and staff.
The programme was efficiently conducted by the Stage Secretaries, Sh. Javid Iqbal (Teacher) and Sh. Kamran Ahmed (Vocational Teacher), who ensured the smooth conduct of the event.
Cultural activities were well coordinated under the supervision of the Culture Incharge, Ms. Firdouse Fatima (Vocational Teacher), whose dedicated efforts added colour and vibrancy to the celebration.
Special arrangements and parade preparation were meticulously carried out under the guidance of Sh. Amjid Ahmed Khan (PEL), whose efforts were highly commendable.
The occasion was graced by the Chief Guest, Sh. Mohd Iqbal, Naib Tehsildar Mankote, who addressed the gathering and highlighted the significance of the Indian Constitution, democratic values, and the role of youth in nation-building. His inspiring address motivated the students to become responsible and dedicated citizens.
Students presented patriotic songs, speeches, and cultural items, which were appreciated by all present. The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the sincere efforts of the staff and students for making the programme a grand success.
