अब हामी संघर्षको #अर्को_चरणमा प्रवेश गरेका छौँ।

न्यायको आवाज अब परिवारको मागसम्म पुर्‍याऔँ
नमस्कार सबैमा 🙏
केही दिनअघि इजरायलमा कार्यरत भारतीय कामदारहरूको तर्फबाट स्वर्गीय राजीव आचार्यको निर्दयी हत्याको घटनाबारे लोकल, नेसनल तथा इन्टरनेसनल न्युज मिडियामा समाचार सम्प्रेषण गराउन हामीले सबैसमक्ष अपिल गरेका थियौँ।

हामीले गरेको त्यो अपिललाई आत्मसात् गर्दै तपाईंहरू सबैले आफ्नो–आफ्नो सम्पर्क, स्रोत र पहुँच प्रयोग गरेर विभिन्न पत्रकार तथा समाचार संस्थाहरूसँग सम्पर्क गर्नुभयो। परिणामस्वरूप राजीव आचार्यको हत्याको घटना धेरैभन्दा धेरै मानिससम्म पुग्न सफल भयो।

यस महत्वपूर्ण साथ, सहयोग र ऐक्यबद्धताका लागि स्वर्गीय राजीव आचार्यको परिवार तथा इजरायलमा कार्यरत सम्पूर्ण भारतीय कामदारहरूको तर्फबाट हृदयदेखि नै धन्यवाद व्यक्त गर्दछौँ। 🙏

अब हामी संघर्षको #अर्को_चरणमा प्रवेश गरेका छौँ।

जसरी तपाईंहरूले अहिलेसम्म घटनाको समाचार व्यापक रूपमा सम्प्रेषण गराउन पत्रकार तथा मिडियासँग सम्पर्क गर्नुभयो, अब फेरि त्यही ऊर्जा र एकताका साथ परिवारको माग, अपेक्षा र न्यायसम्बन्धी स्पष्ट अडानलाई प्राथमिकताका साथ समाचारमार्फत अघि बढाइदिनुहुन हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछौँ।

घटना घटिसकेको छ। अब मुख्य प्रश्न हो—

पीडित परिवारको माग के हो?
परिवारले कस्तो न्याय चाहेको छ?
दोषीमाथि कस्तो कानुनी कारबाहीको माग गरिएको छ?
परिवारले सम्बन्धित निकायसँग के अपेक्षा राखेको छ?

यी प्रश्नहरूको जवाफ र परिवारका वास्तविक मागहरू लोकल, नेसनल तथा इन्टरनेसनल मिडियामार्फत स्पष्ट रूपमा सार्वजनिक हुनु अत्यन्त महत्वपूर्ण छ।

त्यसैले सम्पूर्ण साथीभाइहरूलाई अनुरोध छ—पत्रकार, समाचार संस्था, स्थानीय तथा राष्ट्रिय मिडिया, अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सञ्चारमाध्यम, सांसद/MP तथा सम्बन्धित जनप्रतिनिधिहरूसँग सम्पर्क गर्दा घटनाको विवरणसँगै पीडित परिवारको माग र न्यायको अपिललाई पनि प्राथमिकताका साथ सम्प्रेषण गराइदिनुहोस्।

परिवारको माग सार्वजनिक रूपमा स्पष्ट रूपमा स्थापित हुन सकेमा त्यसले परिवारको तर्फबाट कानुनी रूपमा पैरवी गरिरहनुभएका अधिवक्तालाई पनि आफ्नो पक्ष अदालतसमक्ष प्रस्तुत गर्न थप आधार र सहजता प्रदान गर्न सक्छ। साथै, सम्बन्धित सरकारी तथा कानुनी निकायहरूले पनि पीडित परिवारको वास्तविक माग र अपेक्षाबारे स्पष्ट रूपमा जानकारी पाउनेछन्।

हाम्रो चाहना एउटै हो—

न्याय निष्पक्ष होस्।
दोषीमाथि कानुनबमोजिम कारबाही होस्।
पीडित परिवारको आवाज सुनियोस्।
र परिवारले माग गरेको न्याय सुनिश्चित होस्।

त्यसैले इजरायलमा कार्यरत सम्पूर्ण भारतीय कामदार तथा विश्वभर रहनुभएका सम्पूर्ण शुभचिन्तकहरूलाई फेरि एकपटक हार्दिक आह्वान गर्दछौँ—

जहाँ पुग्न सक्नुहुन्छ, आवाज पुर्‍याउनुहोस्।
जसलाई सम्पर्क गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ, सम्पर्क गर्नुहोस्।
हरेक पत्रकार र मिडियासम्म परिवारको माग पुर्‍याउनुहोस्।
राजीवको घटनामात्र होइन—राजीवको परिवारले खोजिरहेको न्यायको आवाज पनि संसारसम्म पुर्‍याउनुहोस्।

आजसम्म प्रत्यक्ष वा अप्रत्यक्ष रूपमा स्वर्गीय राजीव आचार्यको परिवारसँग उभिनुहुने, न्यायको आवाज बुलन्द गर्नुहुने र यस संघर्षमा साथ दिनुहुने सम्पूर्ण भारतीय समुदाय तथा शुभचिन्तकहरूप्रति हार्दिक आभार व्यक्त गर्दछौँ।

र अन्त्यमा, इजरायलमा कार्यरत सम्पूर्ण भारतीय कामदारहरूको तर्फबाट आउने दिनमा हामी एउटा बृहत्, शान्तिपूर्ण, कानुनी र प्रभावकारी प्रदर्शन (Peaceful, Lawful & Impactful Protest) आयोजना गर्नेछौँ।

यस प्रदर्शनमार्फत इजरायलका सम्बन्धित सरकारी तथा कानुनी निकायहरू, सरोकारवाला विभागहरू र सञ्चारमाध्यमहरूको ध्यान स्वर्गीय राजीव आचार्यको न्यायको मागतर्फ केन्द्रित गराउने हाम्रो उद्देश्य हुनेछ।

यसका लागि हामी सबैले आ–आफ्नो समय निकालेर, हत्तार नगरी, शान्तिपूर्ण र एकताबद्ध रूपमा साथ दिनुहोला। यो केवल एउटा परिवारको संघर्ष होइन, न्यायका लागि उठाइएको सामूहिक आवाज हो।

प्रदर्शनको मिति, दिन, समय र स्थान आगामी दिनहरूमा औपचारिक रूपमा जानकारी गराइनेछ। त्यसैले सबैजना तयार रहनुहोस् र उक्त कार्यक्रममा बृहत् सहभागिता जनाएर परिवारको न्यायको आवाजलाई अझ बलियो बनाइदिनुहोस्।

Rajeev Acharya, 40, a caregiver from Lower Ecchey, Kafley Gaon, Kalimpong was allegedly mu**der*d in Jerusalem, Israel, where he had been working as a nursing caregiver for the past five years.

Acharya was reportedly found in a pool of blood on July 23 after being attacked at the residence where he worked. His death has left his elderly parents, wife and two children devastated.

A significant development in the case has since emerged in Israel. According to a report published in a local newspaper, the State Attorney’s Office has submitted an indictment before the Jerusalem District Court against Aviur Zaken, 31, for the intentional m***der of Acharya, an Indian citizen who was serving as the nursing caregiver of Zaken’s grandfather.

The State Attorney’s Office has also requested that Zaken be detained until the conclusion of the legal proceedings.

According to the indictment filed by Attorney Gini Avner of the Jerusalem District Attorney’s Office, Zaken, a released prisoner who was released in July, had visited his grandparents’ home in Jerusalem for lunch. Acharya was living at the residence at the time while working as the nursing caregiver of Zaken’s grandfather.

Following the meal, Acharya reportedly went to his room to rest. A short time later, Zaken entered the room and, according to the indictment, decided during a conversation with Acharya to k**ll him.

Parichit Acharya, cousin of the deceased, said Rajeev’s mortal remains reached his native place on August 14, nearly 25 days after his death, and the final rites were performed on the same day.

He said Rajeev is survived by his elderly parents, wife and two children, who are seeking proper legal proceedings and financial justice following his death.

“There are elderly parents, a wife and two children at home. The family seeks proper legal proceedings through the Indian Embassy and also financial justice for the family,” Parichit said.

He added that he has been in regular contact with the Indian Embassy and a lawyer in Israel and is pursuing the matter to ensure that justice is served.

Meanwhile, Naren Thapa Lungeli, President of the IGCI Care Foundation, which works for the welfare of Indian workers in Israel, said the foundation has been mediating with the Indian Embassy in connection with the case.

He said the foundation is closely following the matter and is working to ensure that justice is delivered to the deceased and support is extended to his family.

Thapa further said the foundation would always stand by Indian workers who travel far from their homes to work in Israel.

“The safety and protection of all workers should be ensured so that such incidents do not repeat in the future,” he said.

The foundation has also stressed the need for stronger measures to safeguard Indian workers in Israel and ensure that their welfare and security are adequately protected while working away from home.

न्यायको संघर्षमा जोस मात्र होइन, धैर्यता र निरन्तरता चाहिन्छ।

न्याय माग्नु सजिलो छैन।
न्यायको बाटो लामो हुन सक्छ, कठिन हुन सक्छ, र कहिलेकाहीँ हाम्रो धैर्यको परीक्षा पनि लिन सक्छ। तर हतास हुनु हुँदैन, आत्तिनु हुँदैन र बीच बाटोमै थाकेर रोकिनु हुँदैन।

कानुनी न्याय प्राप्त गर्न समय लाग्न सक्छ। त्यसैले हामीले आफूलाई मानसिक रूपमा पनि लामो संघर्षका लागि तयार राख्नुपर्छ। भावनाको आवेगमा क्षणिक कार्यक्रम गर्नुभन्दा पनि—कुन ठाउँमा आवाज उठाउँदा प्रभावकारी हुन्छ, कुन निकायको ढोका ढकढक्याउँदा न्यायको सम्भावना बलियो हुन्छ, कहाँ लेख्दा सुनुवाइ हुन्छ र कुन कानुनी प्रक्रियालाई अगाडि बढाउँदा परिणाम आउन सक्छ—यी कुरामा हाम्रो ध्यान केन्द्रित हुनुपर्छ।

जोस आवश्यक छ, तर जोससँगै धैर्यता, निरन्तरता, संयमता र रणनीति अझ आवश्यक छ।

एकछिनको जोसमा “हामी साथमा छौँ” भनेर संसारभर कार्यक्रम गर्ने, सामाजिक सञ्जालमा आवाज उठाउने अनि केही समयपछि परिवारलाई उनीहरूको न्यायको संघर्षमा एक्लै छोडिदिने काम कदापि हुनु हुँदैन।

यदि हामी सुरुदेखि नै परिवारसँग खडा भएका छौँ भने, न्याय नपाएसम्म अन्तिम क्षणसम्म पनि परिवारसँगै खडा हुनुपर्छ।

यो केवल एउटा परिवारको संघर्ष होइन।
यो न्याय, मानवता र सत्यको संघर्ष हो।

त्यसैले इजरायलमा रहेका सम्पूर्ण भारतीय कामदार तथा न्यायप्रेमी समुदायलाई हाम्रो हार्दिक आह्वान छ—

जोस हराउन नदिनुहोस्।

सोसल मिडियाको झगडा रमिता होइन—कानुनको सीमा ननाघौँ

#सिङ्गापुरमा नेपाली समुदायसँग सम्बन्धित पछिल्लो घटनाले हामी सबैलाई गम्भीर पाठ सिकाएको छ। को सही, को गलत भन्ने फैसला हामी गर्न चाहँदैनौँ। विवादमा संलग्न सबै पक्षको आ–आफ्नो गल्ती हुन सक्छ। तर एउटै व्यक्तिलाई समूह बनाएर गाली गर्ने, अपमान गर्ने, बडी सेमिङ गर्ने, मानसिक तनाव दिने, धम्की दिने वा “कुट्छु, मार्छु” जस्ता अभिव्यक्ति दिनु कुनै पनि हालतमा सामान्य कुरा होइन।

सोसल मिडिया न्याय गर्ने अदालत होइन। विवाद छ भने सम्बन्धित प्रहरी, साइबर क्राइम वा कानुनी निकायमा जान सकिन्छ। तर फेसबुकमा रिसको झोकमा लेखिएको एउटा शब्द, पोस्ट गरिएको एउटा फोटो वा दिएको एउटा धम्की भविष्यमा आफैँविरुद्ध कानुनी प्रमाण बन्न सक्छ।

विशेषगरी विदेशमा बसेर काम गरिरहेका हामीले सम्झनुपर्छ—हामी आफ्नो देशमा होइनौँ; हामी जुन देशमा छौँ, त्यही देशको कानुनको अधीनमा छौँ। एउटा क्षणको मूर्खताले जेल, कानुनी कारबाही, रोजगारी र भविष्य मात्र होइन, भारत/नेपालमा रहेका हाम्रो परिवार र हामीलाई माया गर्ने मानिसहरूको जीवनमा समेत ठूलो असर पार्न सक्छ।

अर्कोतर्फ, कुनै NGO वा संस्थाको नाममा पीडितको इच्छा विपरीत व्यक्तिगत पत्र, माफीपत्र वा निजी सामग्री सार्वजनिक गरेर कसैलाई सामाजिक रमिताको विषय बनाउनु पनि उचित होइन। संस्था निष्पक्ष मध्यस्थ हुनुपर्छ, पक्षपाती भएर थप पीडा दिने माध्यम होइन।

गल्ती जोसुकैको होस्—धम्की, साइबर बुलिङ र सार्वजनिक अपमानको समर्थन कसैले नगरौँ। विवादलाई कानुनी बाटोबाट समाधान गरौँ।

छिट्टै यस विषयमा थप सचेतनामूलक लाइभमार्फत जानकारी गराउनेछौँ।

सचेत बनौँ। संयमित बनौँ। कानुनको सम्मान गरौँ।

इजरायलमा Havraa / Recuperation Pay (दामी हब्राआ) को दैनिक दर 418₪ बाट 451.50₪ पुर्‍याउने निर्णय भएको छ।
नयाँ दर लागू भएपछि, तपाईंलाई जुन २०२६ वा त्यसपछिको अवधिको Havraa Pay पुरानो 418₪ दरमा दिइएको छ भने, नयाँ दरअनुसारको 33.50₪ रकम पनि रोजगारदाताले दिनुपर्ने हुन्छ।
फरक रकम:
(451.50₪ − 418₪) = 33.50₪ प्रति दिन
उदाहरणका लागि, तपाईंलाई 6 दिनको Havraa Pay पाउने अधिकार छ भने:
