🥗 Noodles Ingredients

* Zucchini noodles ( Zucchini sliced into thin wavy ribbons using a waved peeler)
* Broccoli
* Sliced onions
* Green capsicum (shimla mirch)
* Fresh tomato
* Garlic – finely chopped
* Raw peanuts
* Soya & Chilli Sauce

🍅Sauce Ingredients (Put together > Roast > Blend)

* Chopped onions
* Tomato chunks
* Garlic – finely chopped
* Roasted peanuts
* White sesame seeds (til)
* Cumin seeds (jeera)
* Red chilli powder
* Black pepper powder
* Rock salt / pink salt
* Coriander powder
