Welcome Sir
03/11/2024

Welcome Sir

NGS Grading is delighted to welcome Shri Tejas Shah in the Panel of Experts of NGS Grading.

Shri Tejas Shah is the famous expert on Error coins and their minting techniques. His knowledge of Error coins has encouraged coin collectors in collecting error coins with confidence and knowledge.

He has been researching and collecting Error coins of Republic of India since 2007. His passion for error coins started as a young collector with just one blank planchet error. Later he started learning more about error coins. This research helped him in growing as a matured coin collector and an expert.

Often he has been asked, Why Error coins? The answer is simple: Error coins are educational, in that they reveal the technical malfunctions in the minting process. This inspires a collector to know what went wrong to produce error coins. The sheer variety of minted errors adds excitement and uniqueness in collecting them.

Through his NGO “Satyanveshi Foundation” Tejas Sir works for FAITH “Fight Against Thalassemia”. He conducts music shows with title “Panchi : Pehli Udaan Astitva Ki…” By this he spreads awareness on this serious blood disorder. Through this forum he urges all friends, senior collectors and every member of our numismatic fraternity to please come forward and donate blood on regular basis and help our nation and the world in their fight against Thalassemia. What a noble cause, Tejas ji !!

Welcome Tejas Sir and please share your valuable knowledge on Error coins and their minting techniques with a wider international community through NGS Grading.

Friends, NGS will keep on updating you about Experts in the Panel of Experts, one by one.
