Mumbai Tech week Day one has been Massive! spent a day surrounded by founders, developers, investors, creators, operators, and people building the future of technology. From live AI showcases and product demonstrations to startup booths, founder conversations, masterclasses, networking sessions, and the AI-powered job fair, the entire event was centered around one theme: AI in Action. What stood out was how practical the conversations were. Less hype, more implementation.
A few thoughts I walked away with:
1. AI is no longer optional.
2. Builders are moving faster than most people realize.
3. Distribution is becoming more valuable than features.
4. India’s startup ecosystem is entering a new era of product-building.
5. Speed is becoming a bigger advantage than size.
6. Ex*****on will always beat ideas.
7. The future belongs to people who keep learning and adapting.
8. The best opportunities often come from conversations, not presentations.
9. AI is creating entirely new categories of businesses.
10. Curiosity remains one of the most underrated superpowers.
The energy was ambitious, the conversations were honest, and the room was full of people actively building instead of waiting.
Looking forward to Day 2.
