"Services charges at eateries are voluntary"
Explained by
Restaurants can't force customers to pay service charges.

Consumers are being falsely misled on the legality of service charges and harassed by restaurants on requesting to remove such charges from the bill amount, said the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.

The National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI), however, said there is no illegality in levying such a charge.

The Bar Council of India has allowed the use of bare act with short notes/Comments for the All India Bar Examination-XVI [AIBE-XVI] scheduled to be held on October 31, 2021 

"The Council has considered the request made by many candidates appearing in the 16th All India Bar Examination scheduled to be held on 31.10.2021 to allow candidates to use bare Acts with short notes/comments during the examination as candidates are facing difficulty in procuring bare Acts without short notes/comments from the market,".
